Cancellation Policy
To book an appointment with hair by zoey Kate you must deposit at least 50% of your appointment cost at the time of scheduling your appointment. This is a non refundable deposit Unless you cancel 48 hours prior to your appoIntment. Anything cancelled after 48 hours will noT be refunded. I make a commitment to show up at that time for your appointment and prepare for it. If you need to cancel because of a personal or medical emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we can decide how best to proceed.
